| Comments: | A 20-year-old woman complained fo a slowly growing swelling on the left shoulder for 2years. On examination the mass was soft, non-tender, and not attached to deeper structures. A small punctum was noted on the surface. Fine needle aspirate cytology yeilded gray white material which showed benign squamous cells without inflammatory cells consistent with an epidermoid cyst. | ||||
